IRF & SARF Professional Training – Upcoming Online Courses

The International Road Federation and the South African Roads Federation are partnering to deliver certified professional trainings throughout the year 2022. The upcoming online courses – all with CPD points accredited by the Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA) – cover various aspects of road design, construction and management including road safety, environmental management, traffic impact, road building material among many others. Electric vehicle battery capable of 98% charge in less than ten minutes.

Enovix, based in Fremont, California, announced that it demonstrated in EV battery cells the ability to charge from 0% to 80% state-of-charge in as little as 5.2 minutes and to achieve a greater than 98% charge capacity in under 10 minutes. The cells also surpassed 1,000 cycles while retaining 93% of their capacity.
